Features
Hydrogenated-lecithin treated pigments provide the standard of excellence
for product feel. Lecithin provides the smoothest, softest, creamiest feel of
all the available treatments. Hydrogenated lecithin, derived from eggyolk, avoid
the odor color problems associated with soybean lecithin. Additionally, eggyolk
lecithin contains a high a level of phospholipids than soy lecithin.
